As a fifth-generation entrepreneur, family-owned businesses have been part of my life from the outset. I approach leadership decisions with a long-term ownership perspective, grounded in the understanding that succession, stewardship, and reputation extend beyond any single mandate.

My professional experience spans Nordic real estate private equity, capital markets advisory, and private investment management, complemented by an international academic background and perspective, alongside governance responsibilities within Finland's largest residential landlord and in elected public office. In these roles, hiring decisions have carried direct consequences for performance, accountability, and long-term outcomes.

I advise clients and candidates in Finnish, Swedish, and English, handling every mandate personally. My relationships extend beyond a single assignment, with a focus not on placement volume, but on decisions that remain sound years later. My approach is honest and results-driven.
